Our coffee
Grown in the heights of South and Central America, our Baked Barista blend comprises two origins that together create a beautifully unique cup. A flavour rich blend that honour the work and land in which these coffees are nurtured. This blend can be enjoyed both black and with milk. 

Food
Our day starts with only the highest quality ingredients, together with unique methods to create a superior product, hand crafted made with love. Our bread collection is produced using a combination of ancient grains, emmer and lancer grain. Processes and methods are our main point of difference, in which our doughs are partially mixed and then completed using a traditional method by hand, of stretching, folding and resting the dough. All our doughs have a high level of hydration creating a longer shelf life. Our signature sourdough, focaccia and ciabatta bread contain all natural ingredients with no preservatives.

Culture
Our people are our bread n butter, over the years we have developed career programs for baristas and foodies. Baked Barista is a brand developed for the next generation that have a genuine desire to learn all things coffee and bread.
