Centre Services

Lifts and travelators are located throughout Castle Towers to assist you with your movement between levels. Restrooms and Parents' Rooms are conveniently located near these lifts on all levels. The Parents' Rooms cater for mums, dads and carers with a microwave, nappy dispensers, parent and child toilets and private feeding cubicles.

We have a number of elevators throughout the centre to make your visit with children as smooth as possible.

You can find the location of your most convenient elevator on our directory and map. Simply type ‘Elevator’ into the search bar.

Visiting the Centre with children is made easier at Castle Towers with designated car parks for parents and carers with prams. Pram Parking is available in Orange level B1 car park.

For the kids or for the whole family, there's always something on at Castle Towers.

School Holidays
From craft classes to cooking, there's an ongoing program of events and activities to keep the little ones entertained throughout the school holidays. 

Holey Moley x Strike Bowling
For a family or a group of friends, Holey Moley and Strike Bowling are great ways to keep everyone entertained. There's endless rounds of putt putt golf across Holey Moley's 18 themed holes over two courses, as well as karaoke, Strike Bowling and Escape Rooms to put everyone to the test!

At iPlay Castle Towers, you'll discover a party and events space, all the latest and greatest arcade games, and a walk-in redemption zone. An arcade befitting anyone's childhood dreams!

Event Cinemas Bring Your Baby
Visit Event Cinemas to enjoy baby-friendly a cinema experience most Monday, Wednesday and Friday's for all parents and carers. Tickets are only $10 per adult and kids under 4 years are free.
