Lost property is collected and stored at the Customer Service Desk. All items are held for a period of three months, except for valuable items which are handed to the local police station on the same day.
If you have misplaced an item, please contact the Customer Service Team on 02 8858 9700 to provide a description and leave your details.
Mobility equipment, including wheelchairs and motorised scooters, can be loaned from the Customer Service Desk.
Bookings are advisable and can be made up to two weeks in advance by calling 02 8858 9700. Upon arrival at the Centre, visit the Customer Service Desk and provide proof of identity to collect your scooter or wheelchair. If you require assistance with an escort to or from your car, please don't hesitate to contact staff.
Hire of mobility equipment is available Monday to Sunday from 10am to 3.30pm.

Accepted at all Castle Towers retailers, the Castle Towers Gift Card is available to purchase in-centre at our Customer Service Desk on Level 3 near Cue, online (for collection at Customer Service or to be sent via registered post), and is also now available for drive-through pick up using our Order & Collect service.
Gift Cards can be purchased for any amount between $20 and $500, with a $1.50 issuance fee.
All gift cards are presented in a gift card and are valid for 36 months.

Castle Towers Gift Cards are now available for pick up, via our Order & Collect service available between 10am -4pm daily.
Simply order your gift cards via the link below, select the "click and collect" option, you will be contacted once your gift card is ready for collection, please advise us at this time that you wish to pick up using Castle Towers “Order & Collect".
Gift cards can then be collected from the convenience of your car from the pick up point located in the Red car park. Find out more HERE
